Bobby's BBQ & Seasoning
Bobby’s BBQ meats are 100% wood smoked using smokers made out of 1000-gallon propane tanks built in Dripping Springs, TX. No gas or electricity is used to assist in our meat cooking methods which creates a unique (and if we must say it - AMAZING!) flavor profile. These large smokers are a sight to behold, and so is this BBQ Sandwich! Located 1301 North Main Street in Fountain Inn, South Carolina.

Johnny D's Waffles & Benedicts
Chef Jamie Daskalis is a graduate from the Culinary Institute of America with a degree for Baking & Pastry. She has worked in the restaurant business for 20 years. Growing up her father had four restaurant locations in New York. It was in those restaurants that her love of the food started. The pork belly benedict is one of my favorite dishes. Ms. Janette Mercer is a culinary legend. She has lived a very tough, but fruitful life. She learned cooking at an early age, and developed a keen eye for produce when traveling back and forth to the Farmer's Market in Columbia, South Carolina. But, she's known for her Super Burgers.
