Kitchen videos are on YouTube
Well, the thrid running of the MarshWalk Restaurant Week in Murrells Inlet, South Carolina, has concluded. It was a great five days of culinary showcasing for eight restaurants on this part of the inlet.
Crowds of people showed up to have their taste buds punched with flavorful dishes created by amazing chefs and staff. More, they enjoyed pleasurable service experiences overlooking marvelous views of the boardwalk and inlet itself.
The innovative cocktails and drinks were flowing, the mood was exciting and the kickoff to another great culinary season has beendeemed a huge success.
What's been trending is the fact people from out of county came to experience this for their fisrt time. Some of the messages I received from people were they never knew about this unitl they saw the postings of the photos and kitchen videos leading up to the event. Some of those people traveled from the upstate to sned a couple nights down there to soak up as much tastiness as they could.
I think that's a huge win. Drawing in people from out of the area so they can experience the amazing food and visuals and then have them go back and tell others only builds more anticipation for the next one.
It's always an honor to be asked to be featured for this event. I don't take for granted. They could ask for someone else. I always will treasure the folks down here that make this happen.
