I loved the pork hash over grits. The ribs were rich and succulent. The Calabash Chicken was divine.
You'll love their homemade sauces. Carolina Gold, Sweet Red and Sweet Heat are desirable, but you must hit up the Sweet Heat first. Dip your shrimp in it. Dip your fish in it. Dip your que in it. It doesn't matter what you dip in it!
But, the Firecracker Shrimp special tonight was just lights out. I knew when I saw shrimp cooked perfectly inside a wonton wrapper, I was in for a culinary ride.
The Strawberry Cake was just too legit to quit. Hey, Chef Jason Smith - Lord Honey, you need to visit!
