There's a food truck that parks itself in the northern part of Greenville County that has developed a rather quick following - and sells out every single day they are open - to get great Mexican food with amazing flavors. And, if you follow them on social media, you'll they aren't playing around.

Rocio Balboa Carachuri and her family have years of experience in the culinary industry. While there is no brick-and-mortar location established yet, never say never. Today, they serve out of their food truck. Her sister cooks and prepares the awesome dishes you see.
